2- Title: Service Operation Manager
Job Description:
Reporting to the company Director, he will be responsible for the whole operations of the company fleet servicing, maintenance and repair. His duty will include cost control, service planning and time management of field and workshop service teams to ensure highest level of machines availably at reasonable operating cost. He should have the technical, admin and management background to ensure optimum service operation.
The service manager will also be in charge of handling warranty claims with suppliers, monitor and asses local service providers and maintain an approved and updated list of qualified local specialized workshops for efficient and cost effective components repair.
Education :
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
10-12 years of experience in servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and overhauling of Diesel Engines and Generators, preferably with a top class dealer.
At least 3 years experience on a service management capacity.
Experience with reputable power rental companies is a plus.
Experience in parts warehouse management is a plus.
Experience in fleet management and related software.
Fluent in English.
Computer, ERP development and MS applications skills.

3- Service/Workshop Manager.
Job Description:

Reporting to the Service operation manager, he will be responsible for the complete operation of the central workshop, including Inspection of received machines, report and estimate the repair of and carry out the required repair, prior to re allocate machines as ready for delivery.
Managing a service team of around 25 technician and service engineers, he will have to ensure the optimum competence, efficiency and utilization of his team, to deliver excellent service results in a timely manner.

Education
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience
7 – 10 years of experience in servicing and repairing diesel engines and power generators in a top class dealer, three of which in a management or a supervisory level.
Experience in Service management concepts, software and documentation.
High command of English language.

مصمم معماري
بالشروط الآتية :
1- المؤهل : هندسة معمارية – عمارة
... 2- الخبرة : من سنة : 5 سنوات.
يكون لديه الخبرة في برامج الإظهار – مثل الفوتوشب.
القدرة على تصميم أفكار معمارية متميزة.
3- اللغة : إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
4- إرفاق صورة من السيرة الذاتية + جميع الدورات التدريبية التي حصل عليها + مجموعة الاعمال السابقة ( البروتوفليو ).

مدير تصاميم
بالشروط الآتية :
1- المؤهل : هندسة معمارية – عمارة
2- الخبرة : من 5 : 20 سنة.
يكون لديه الخبرة في برامج الإظهار – مثل الفوتوشب.
القدرة على تصميم أفكار معمارية متميزة.
القدرة على إدارة فريق العمل.
3- اللغة : إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
4- إرفاق صورة من السيرة الذاتية + جميع الدورات التدريبية التي حصل عليها + مجموعة الإعمال السابقة (portfolio).
المميزات :
الراتب الاساسي :يحدد عند المقابله
2-بدل السكن :25%من الراتب الاساسي
3-بدل اجازه مدفوعه 30 يوم في السنه
4-مكافاة نهاية الخدمه :15 يوم عن كل سنة بالنسبة للخمس سنوات الخدمة الأولى .
30 يوم عن كل سنة بالنسبة للسنوات التي تذيد عن الخمس سنوات الأولى
5-تذاكر السفر::4 تذاكر ذهبا وايابا عند استقدام الاسره
6-التامين الطبي :مؤمن
7-التامين ضد الاخطار المهننيه :مؤمن
